FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Our Functional Fitness classes last one hour and include a group warm-up, a strength/skill segment, and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Each session varies, ensuring our athletes gain a well-rounded experience. The WOD features diverse exercises that challenge your fitness, with modifications available for all levels. We emphasize constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements keep you engaged and motivated.


BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp classes last 30 minutes and cater to everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our sessions focus on bodyweight exercises and like kettlebells, rowers, and dumbbells, steering clear of barbells and complicated movements. These workouts are designed to elevate your heart rate and provide an effective fitness experience.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Our coaches can create a personalized tailored to help you achieve your goals. Whether you're aiming to compete at the top level in a specific sport, triathlon, Spartan Race, or train for a 5K road race, we are here to ensure you're physically and mentally ready. We provide a variety of options, including private training alongside a group membership.
